RETURN & EXCHANGE We offer a full refund for damaged goods. Please send us photos of the damage upon receiving the products at (I’ll provide the contact information later). Kindly note that depending on your bank, it may take additional working days for the credit to appear in your bank account. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that have been used, damaged on the recipient’s end, or are no longer in acceptable resalable condition. We do not take responsibility for any charges or delays incurred on the recipient’s end, as they may vary based on each country’s customs regulations.
